Information we collect
When you contact us, submit an enquiry or arrange a consultation, we may collect information you provide such as your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact details and message. Our website and hosting services may also process technical information needed to operate and secure the site, such as IP address, browser type, device information and server logs.
If you leave a website comment, WordPress may process the information shown in the comment form, your IP address and browser information to support moderation and spam detection.

Cookies and local storage
WordPress and connected services may use essential cookies required for security, administration and features you request. Our cookie preference control stores your marketing choice in your browser’s local storage so the site can remember whether you accepted or rejected optional marketing tracking.

Meta Pixel
If you accept marketing tracking, we load Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms. Pixel ID 261458061708461 records a PageView event to help us measure visits and improve advertising on Facebook and Instagram. Meta may receive information such as the page visited, time of the visit, browser and device information, IP address and Meta cookie or account identifiers where available.
Meta Pixel is blocked unless you accept marketing tracking. If you reject it, no Meta Pixel request is made by our consent control. If you later withdraw consent, the site records your new choice and revokes future Meta tracking from the site. Meta processes information under its own privacy terms and may process it outside New Zealand.

Embedded content and service providers
Pages may use or link to third-party services such as TidyCal for consultation scheduling, YouTube for videos, Google Maps and Google Reviews, Gravatar, and Meta services. When you use an embedded service or follow a third-party link, that provider may receive technical information and process it under its own privacy policy. Some providers are located outside New Zealand.
Sharing and protecting information
We share information only where needed to operate the website, deliver a service you request, use approved service providers, protect the site, or comply with legal obligations. We take reasonable steps to protect information from unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
